| weitere Informationen/more info | This car is called 'Adsum' and was originally put together by Bill Morris in the early 1950's on a shortened and much modified 9 drive chain including cantilever rear springs and Panhard rod. Raced extensively by Bill in the 50's it passed to Bob Upston who modified it with a 12/4 unit but kept the 'Silent Third' close ratio box and Brooklands gearchange. Adsum was raced throughout the 60's,70's and 80's by Bob and later his son Nigel Upson. I hillclimb and sprint Adsum as much as time allows. |
